The best ka DOKTORA 🤟🤟🤟...I am 64 yrs of age ,joined your life w/o rice ..i did the 12 hour fasting everyday..drunk turmeric in the morning (with warm water )..A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS I FELT IN MY BODY lalo na sa joints (age factor )..i can walk and jog na for more than an hour...🤟🤟🤟

I am 100% with you Doctora! I am an RN here in the US and I can easily fast for 16 hours almost everyday and 24 hours occasionally. I am 60 yo and I feel great!

I am highly grateful to physicians like you who promote scientifically based natural healing. At 65 years of age, I have witnessed many relatives and family members who passed away even after maximum pharmaceutical medical interventions. I have also witnessed and experienced many health recoveries thru natural methods - especially fasting. In fasting, I also noticed that food cravings tend to diminish as well as the feeling of being hungry. Many, not all, physicians are healers. I believe you are both. Perhaps, after so much academic training and mental conditioning, many physicians have lost contact with their natural gift to bring healing.

3 days doing intermittent fasting already . 100% agree of carb diet

I did the LC diet and 16 hrs intermitent fasting just watching from Dr. Grace videos. I am 60 years old and now in my 5th month doing LC. All I can say is that my bp now is no longer exceeding 125/80 when it is used to be over 135/90. I lost 6 lbs in just 3 weeks and felt more stronger. I suffered from lumbar, thoracic and cervical spondilosis since I was on my 50's dealing with the pain everyday. Since I started the LC and intermitent fasting the pain is tolerrable now maybe because inflammation was no longer present. I felt a lot stronger now and I have noticed that my skin glows brightly that made me more younger looking at my age.

Thank Dra. i'm watching and learning from your vlog. I'm 2 months now with life without rice and maybe, 5 or more kilogram na bawas ng aking timbang. I feel light and my blood pressure is now normal; from 150 plus/190 plus, now it's 120 plus/80 more or less. Thank God.

I have fasted intermittently last year and i have started doing it again since i have noticed my health decline in the past few months that i wasn't on it. I am doing prolonged fasting this time 16 to 20 hours a day.❤

I am one of your subscribera and a 67 yrs.old 100 percent believer.I don't really get sick.I am jobless,so fasting on my part is applicable.BOTH MY RIGHT AND LEFT EYES ARE MY PROBLEM SO TO MAKE REMEDY ,,ALTHOUGH,THEY SAY IT'S JUST NORMAL AS i age,I tried consuming for a period of 45 days ,,,,,100 pieces of eggs,,,,3 or 4,sometimes 6 a day which serves as my food,,,no rice at all,,and felt good

Good morning Dra. I have missed this topic. I have Myelodysplastic Syndrome. How long should I fast? I have to take eltrombopag 2 hours before dinner. When can I start fasting. Thank you for reply. I hope it gets to you sooner. By the way I don't eat rice since August , 2022 until now.

Thank you doc sa mga videos m about low carb and fasting,i've learned a lot,iim 62yo and have RA condition and taking bp maintenance im convinced to do low carb and started fasting 16hrs for 10days now,on the 1st 3days i feel a little dizzy and hungry but now i feel ok,i just worried if is there effect on my condition im here in taiwan n its too expensuve to go check doctor besides i dont know if there is one low carb doc here

u have excellent explanation doc,. problem for me i over eat all the time. then i've develop kidney stone, kidney problem and my creatinine level spike. with all this kind of illness, i stop eating too much, den i lost 8kl., i only eat wen im really starving. i dont know that i'm doing fasting na pala. my healths get better, i flushout my kidney stone with lemon daily. its true that every time that your hungry wen u go to bed/sleep it will make u recover that fast. thanks.

Start by eliminating CRAP intake. (Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial colours & flavours, Processed products). Then, start slowly with IF.

I Am 85 yrs old , relatively well ,I am doing dr David Sinclair advise taking metformin, D3 calcium , NMN, resveratrol and of course fasting, I will see if I will reach 100 yrsold etc.
