Minced pork 1 kg.Egg 1 pc.5 slices of bread.Milk 100 ml.Salt 1.5 tsp.Dry garlic 1 tsp.Oregano 1 tsp.Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. l.Parsley to taste.Dijon mustard 3-4 tsp.Cooked and smoked bacon 200 gr.Pickled cucumbers (small) 350 gr.Onion 1 pc.Cheese 200 gr.Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.Paprika 1 tsp.French mustard 1 tbsp. l.honey 2 tsp.soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.salt 1 tsp.

Thank you. Looks delicious. My only difference will be slicing the cucumbers thus using alot less. I would skip the ketchup sauce by wrapping the bacon rashers around the roll on the outside which you could then grill after baking. Jus a few tweaks but looks lovely. 🌺I'm from sunny South Africa
