What a total surprise to see you and Shane hang out!!! Napalm Death is such a legendary band, and their influence goes well beyond metal, the extremity of the sound and attitude have had ripples on other genres, and even outside music. They are the real deal indeed, their integrity and dedication, they give it all at every show, you have to respect their career regardless of what one may think about the music.

@@AndyEdwardsDrummerSo true! While we're at it... Someone "was pretty sure" that most of the drumming on Black Light Machine (or even the whole of Milliontown) was programmed. I can't find the facts, but thought You might know 😊

Awesome seeing Shane in one of your vids Andy. Harmony Corruption is a Morrisound/Scott Burns classic. RIP Jesse Pintado

So cool to see you covering this on the channel, would never have expected it. I would say though, that the underground grindcore scene is as big and 'real' as it ever was, there's thousands of bands not relying on Superior Drummer when you delve into the underground, and it's still a true international movement. Just got to know where to dig and how to keep an open mind.

Yes...I know this is the case and I have listened to those bands.

I believe that’s the first time I’ve ever heard the sentence, Coltrane, miles, Jimi, zeppelin, and Napalm Death all used in the same sentence. lol. I actually still like a lot of crossover, thrash, metalcore and hard-core music. But I’ll admit Napalm Death has always been one step too extreme for me.

Well done that man for holding it together throughout this video and putting out a none bias review. Was listening to Live Corruption today and was blown away with those blast beats played with wrists and not with fingers. And of course without triggers on snare and kick. It was so powerfull ! I do believe that these guys are responsable for the wonderful out-break of Asian grind/Death Metal Bands forming following the wide spred bootlegging and tape smuggling across borders into places like Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) ,Malaysia etc ..... " can we have some crystal meth & Napalm Deth tapes please " the rest is History. Why isn't Shane Embury "Sir Shane Embury" I'll give Charlie a Buzz.

I have noticed the similarity of your style and humour to Stewart Lee. I wondered if it was a West Midlands/Birmingham thing as Stewart grew up in Solihull. He loves Miles Davis, Mark E Smith/The Fall and Derek Bailey and has talked about them in his stand up.

Yes....I'm a big fan...Lee also went to school with Napalm Death

Oh man, Shane is such an "unboxing legend". That has to be in the heading. That could be a 10k video. I hope Shane forgives us. Shane and I think the video itself is great. 🎉_ _ 🎉 ( no other sign at hand right now.)

i would rather surprise the Napalm fans that click on this video than announce his presence in the title. I like to have an element of surprise and anarchy in my videos...
