It’s interesting you mentioned the torture of elves that became orks in LOTR. I drew the same conclusion but from Snow Elves being enslaved underground by the Dwarves of Elder Scrolls, tortured, and eventually turned to Falmor.

It would've been cool if after you complete Latennas questline you take her back to Lobos body and her spirit ash changes to her being able to ride around on Lobo in combat encounters. Anyway always glad to see a new upload from you.

Yes. I actually tried doing that, both after completing Latenna's quest and after the Elden Beast, but unfortunately nothing happened. It would have been nice though.

Thanks for another interesting video. You're right about the indiscriminate torture of the Albinaurics; the bulbous black heads are actually a torture device called a Black Dumpling, a helm that is a rare drop from those Albinaurics, rather than another mutation.

I always questioned why there was Albinaurics in Sol Castle. With the ideas on torture forming these certain ones, It makes sense that half the medallion is there, almost like they were trying to find a way into the haligtree and attempting to torture the information out of them since they knew a group of them had gone to the haligtree 🤔 though I think I remember some entry saying that knight who guarded the medallion was given it? Another great video and lore ideas! You always give me more to think about 🤔🤔

The Capital, Raya Lucaria, the entire Caelid,, the Haligtree, Stormveil Castle and even the Eternal cities of the Nox have no albinaurics. Only the Carians amd Mohg seem to accept them.. Elsewhere either they are caught and tortured or they roam the countryside. They are mostly concentrated at Mohg's Palace next to the Nox, or above them at Liurnia. Close to their home that rejected them.

We never see any of Rennala and Radagon’s offspring have feet. Ranni’s corpse has none, but she had her father’s red hair. Radahn is as attached to Leonard as Latenna is to Lobo. Rykard is interesting because we never see him untransformed. His god snake form has limbs but they are misshaped like his six fingered hand. Snakes aren’t known for running and walking though. Rennala must be from the Nox cities and her offspring were giant in size because of Radagon’s giant heritage. The Nox have legs, but they also have mimic tears. Silver blood must from them. Hopefully, DLC will shed little light. Most likely just more questions.

Also, all the tortured and crucified people hanging throughout The Lands Between are missing their feet too. Is it a torture for a specific crime against the golden order? Marika is crucified at the base of a large rune arc where the “blessings pool” like drops of dew or blood. Maybe they cut off the feet so blood will flow out from victims to feed the Erdtree. Sorry, morbid.

I do wonder if the hood the albinaurics wear in the Volcano Manor are due to the shape of their head? Or is it just a weighted headgear that strains their neck (as they are hunched over much of the time, they'll have to use so strength to lift their head were it weighted) or if it is fitted with cotton (like the stealth item) which deafens them, then the hood to blind them, which then the remaining sensations they'd have are the taste of their blood, smell of rotten flesh, and the pain the endure through their body. This essentially elevates their torture through some sensory devpravation.

Also, the "primordial drop of dew". If that is the item description with the word primordial, I wonder if that can relate to the great tree, where I think something about it was referred to as primordial as well(?) Could it be that the previous great tree, before the Erdtree, had the ability to create life? It wouldn't be far fetched as the Erdtree bestow blessings that invigorates life. Or perhaps even all life in the lands between came FROM that tree (except the tree spirits or the Erdtree related lifeforms, which further reinforces the idea that the great tree could create life too perhaps?), which makes it all the more ironic, that the people simply harnessed the power to create life, aka the albinaurics, which would be the more original life form than any blessed/sprouted from the erdtree. Yet they are shunned. Hm... if that were true and albinaurics are kinda made from the great tree, it makes more sense that they'd be spurned from gold, for they represented an age before the Erdtree, and like Morgott, they must earn their place through devotion, like learning fundementalist incantations to be granted the blessings as seen in the concercrated snowfield? Idk, it's like 4am and I'm just madness writing over here, if I continue I'd chant may chaos take the world soon. Anyway, love the video, love the takes, love the cinematic, love the use of in game items like glowing stones, to prove that the detail is in the game, and need only the players to see it.

The presence of the albinaurics in castle Sol really confused me, I thought it was a place allied with Miquella because Millicent says "I'm searching for a fort to the north of the ruins. I heard the master of the fort was given a medallion that allowed him to visit the Haligtree." and the failed ritual of the eclipse to resurrect Godwyn and the other soulless demigods took place here, but it could be that the original masters of the castle were the two nobles that are now ghosts, maybe commander Niall rebelled against them and killed them, or perhaps he invaded the castle later with his army of exiles 🤔
