We'd all love to find more practical ways to boost our happiness. But lots of us struggle with our mental wellbeing and the on-going taboos around talking about this.
At this special live event the wellbeing expert, broadcaster and author Dr Radha will share her top "life hacks" for staying mentally and emotionally well and improving our wellbeing.
Radha believes we each have the power to live a healthy and fulfilling life, provided we're equipped with the right tools and advice. She'll highlight our universal need for authentic wellbeing and explain how we have our own, often untapped, powerhouse of inner wisdom.

I really struggle with some of the topics raised here. Mental health services have been decimated and are not easy to access unless you can afford to pay. Additionally, I think it's worth saying that friends and family should not be your counsellor nor therapist. Finally, whilst I feel there is utility in trying to find moments of happiness, structural/political issues have left many living in poverty including many children. When you are focused on simply surviving ( eat or heat) small moments of happiness must be almost impossible to find. It's almost pushing responsibility on to each person instead of acknowledging structural reasons for unhappiness.
