Love the vid. Since the mold is common in Japan. I am surprised that they don't lay down a vapor barrier or something to deter the spread of mold ?

Kitsune udon is my FAVE. I've tried countless times to make it from yuba from the store and it never comes out the same as how the udon restaurants do it. Have fond memories of getting udon at my local aeon mall when I studied abroad in japan in college. Thanks for sharing!

This summer in Iwakuni has been brutal. Condensation and mold on base housing is no joke. At times I’m like I want to go back to the states but I know I will definitely miss this place. 😩

“I’m holding something…” Hmmm, wonder what that could be???? 😉🤣 Ugh, the mold situation isn’t fun. I’m in Arkansas and it’s been a horribly hot, humid summer. Love the updates!!

Do you rent in Japan? How easy was it to coordinate your flooring repair? Such a bummer to deal with but glad it's getting fixed! My husband and I bought our house in the US last fall and have been going through small repairs. Anything mold/water damage freaks me out!
