The methylation cycle is the set of reactions that occur every second in the cells of our body. It is associated with many things, from energy synthesis to DNA and RNA synthesis, from our hormones such as melatonin and serotonin, to the synthesis of glutathione, to taking part in the cleaning mechanisms of our body by providing the conversion of amanioc urea.
Micronutrients are important for proper functioning. Especially B6, B9, B12 Vitamins are three important vitamins. It is very important to use them in the correct form, as much as they should be. MTHFR enzyme is one of the important enzymes. Since the MTHFR enzyme works slowly in a significant part of our society, it is important to use methylfolate form, especially in the use of folic acid.
Not only micronutrient deficiencies, but also lifestyle and nutrition are effective in these cycles.
