It’s weird, I feel so much happier with this team winning too. Been a Kings fan since the early 2ks, and I could’ve swore that Tyereke and DMC were going to put us back in the playoffs. I also coulda swore we were headed for Seattle (or Anaheim). Just a lot of ups and downs (mostly downs) with this team. I feel at peace.

I have always been a kings fan. Cried my eyes out as a kid when the refs committed straight up genocide against the lakers in the series that must not be named. Then, we just kept losing, and losing and losing... So much that I just gave up on watching the sport entirely. Then this year happened. Sacremento..man what a team. I became an actual fan of the NBA (past casual level) around the 01-02 season. Robert Horry's 3 after the Vlade Divac rebound tap was the first clutch shot I ever witnessed. As a Twolves fan, I cant forget the epic 7 game series they had in the 04 semis. The random Ron Artest 2006 squad. Kind of crazy because the Kings....felt like they havent even been close. Destined to be bottom feeders forever. You guys deserve the playoffs and beyond at this point!

I was born and raised in Sacramento and my family has been here for generations. Even though I’m a Laker fan because of my dad im just so happy for the city. And I owe an apology to the front office and Sabonis because I thought this units cieling was 6-8 seed first second round exit and they passed my expectations.
