Oh my gosh!!!!! Sky diving!!! I don’t even like a 2 step ladder. (I was an atrocious gymnast) When you go through with it, hopefully it’ll give you the freedom to ride up some of Queensland’s mountain roads. The views and mountain air make it worth it. The cotton in the Icey t-shirt is SO soft. Wore it all weekend.

ICEY I went through that many years ago in my 30s which was 24yrs now I found out I was lactose intolerant. Since I changed my milk and dairy I feel better. So I know you will feel better. Sky diving will be fun. You'll feel free like a bird. Even being scared of heights just look straight. Happy Early Birthday my friend you're still young don't rush on feeling old. Lol. You can say that after you turn in your 50s like me. As for me, I'm stressed but I'll be ok, I'm more concerned about my oldest brothers health (not good). So please say a prayer 🙏. I'm so proud of you in case I haven't said it in awhile. You're amazing and I love how you are so honest about your life. Never give up on your dream of riding or anything you're doing great. You're so loved and respected and such a great support system from us. We love you❤. I love you 💝. Luna is looking great still too. Stay safe out there my friend 🙏❤️🫂. I love your openness and honesty about you and how life is affecting you. I also have lactose intolerance so know exactly how you feel with tummy trouble etc. I hope that you find out what the actual cause is and thankfully there are now different milks that you can use as a substitute. @Iceyconcept also stabbing pain.both occasions after eating a fried egg and boiled egg.Its a whole story but got to do with how the protein is broken down during cooking process.so egg cooked by itself my gut cant handle,but used as a binding agent as in meatballs etc im ok,but to be safe i just avoid eggs now

Take it from an ex rider, more than double your years, keep doing what you enjoy! 🎉 The only reason I no longer ride is because Oct '23 I was hit, and after the PTSD I am still physically recovering. AND in 2 days enjoy your birthday, have fun!!🎉❤
