Amber, what you do and who you are is so powerful. You are healing some things in me and make me feel connected to the queer community, that I feel a bit invisible in as a bi woman (in Denmark). You are so strong for others but please seek help or at least comfort in good friends to cope with the depression. I know you're doing your best and that it can feel empowering to handle some of it on your own, but our nervous systems are wired for connection. If you want to learn more about that I can recommend the book "anchored". I'm saying this as a therapist and as a person who's had to slow down because of various reasons. I literally ask my friends to meditate with me or take naps with me when I'm down on energy mentally and physically - it's the best 😊 About what direction to choose in life I can recommend the book "Designing your life" - you'd absolutely love the rephrases of dysfunctional beliefs and useful exercises to choose a path. You'll be great at whatever you do, and hopefully happy too. And btw there's still a place for your voice in the podcast landscape if you so please to explore that path. Thank you for being you ❤

Idk if I was meant to come across this but I understand honestly since the pandemic I have struggled so badly, my mental took such a tole I worked with addicts and HIV positive clients and LGBT communities for almost 10 years then the pandemic happened and I lost everything, I'm a mother and it hurts to know how hard I struggled to even get to a place where I thought maybe I would be able to give my kids a home but now I'm struggling my daughter wants me to do a KZbin on my journey and helping other people but I don't know the first thing idk but girl just think about getting help I'm telling you just sitting on that is not going to help.....
