I had postpartum depression 44 yrs ago & they told me 'just suck it up'........& then I became a single mom 4 yrs. later. I shelved my artistic side for the majority of my adult life.I live thru my daughter's art world now ..she is finishing up her PhD in Philosophy & Theory of Visual Arts & Esthetics, is a working artist & travels the globe. I am glad you took care of yourself & it is more widely recognized these days. Good Luck & pace yourself.

Hello, I''m new to your channel and got excited watching your videos. I get the same feeling with anxiety and thinking i'm never doing enough. I totally over analyze and overthink about everything, it becomes exhausting and slow too! Anyway hopefully after making this video you realise how much you have actually on and feel a sense of happiness. It's amazing what you can do with baby, house chores, pet chores, youtuber & running an online shop.. your hands are so full and it's so inspirational. I love journaling, stickers and drawing.. too it's an obsession.

thanks! it's super basic tbh: the face shop rice water cleanser 2x a day, moisturizer, and SUNSCREEN (all caps because it's v. important)! i had acne in middle & high school but I (finally) grew out of it.

for an inkjet printer, you've gotta use clear matte for inkjet! :) I use onlinelabels!
