My mom only once told me in passing that she's multiple maybe 10 years ago, and I've never even been introduced to any parts/headmates/alters. But now, I definitely have an explanation for why she's using "we" or different names in third person, why her personality changes, why she can't remember some events. But honestly, before that I never even questioned it. That was just mom, ya kno? Stil referring to her as one person since this is how she identifies to the world and she doesn't like to talk about these things so I respect that. Kinda sad though, since im questioning that im multiple myself (my therapist apparently says I am) and I'd love to talk to someone irl about it, but it is what it is. Thank you for this video 🙏❤
