I saw this video years ago than recently I tried solution for my anxiety and day dreaming disorder. Than long story short this mudra naturally stops my day dreaming world and my anxiety as well thanks a lot. Still don't know the name of this mudra. Love ❤ and peace 🤍

We apologize we did not do the best job of showing it. Here are the instructions: Place the first finger at the base of the thumb, the next two fingers the tips of those fingers touch the tip of the thumb, pinkies hanging out like teatime 😊

Here is an exact description 🙂: placed the tip of your first finger at the base of the thumb, touch the tips of the next two fingers to the tip of the thumb, pinkies out like tea ☕️ time 🙂. Hope this helps.
