This is an amazing theme. I'm a pretty big sci-fi and film score fan and am just learning about this movie now. It's criminal that this movie has become so forgotten and buried in the past.

I'm 45 years old now;.this theme is awesome ; this is one of my favorite childhood movies. I must have been about about 7 years old and it was the first time I ever saw beauty on screen if you know what I mean.

Watched this with my wife when we were still dating, the next day, while with people we know, when I greeted my wife, I came into the room and mimicked the woman in this movie, "Carman, come to me, I need you". With my arms outstretched, she yelled "STOP IT I HAD NIGHTMARES ABOUT THAT WOMAN"!! she dreamt the woman was following here down a hallway and she walked faster, but the woman kept following her, so she yelled to her, "Why are you following me, stop following me"! Then she tried to run, but on a stairway the woman grabbed my wife's leg and was trying to pull her back down, but my wife with her other leg kicked the woman in the face, knocking her down and escaped.

I didn't notice this before but the Artist is NOT The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra it's Henry Mancini(who is the composer of the piece)and he is conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. Believe me, I have the first release of this score on CD by Varese Sarabande Records(VSD-5320).
