I love your channel, have been watching for quite a while now 😊, i am an expat of 10 yrs living in Thailand, Pai was my home, i was on a round the world trip & accidently ended up in Pai in 2005. I instantly fell in love with Pai & lost the rest of my world trip. I started a school teaching English, that lasted a couple of years then i bought land, built a house & bungalow , very similar to what you have done. I had a thai partner ( boyfriend ) ( bludger ) ( companion ) for maybe 8 of those 10 yrs. Had a Thai family that adopted me, we went to all buddhist days together , at the temple, all the lifes ups & downs of a regular thai family. I feel blessed to have experienced thai life , with my thai family. I moved back to Australia to be a grandmother, of my grandson , made in Thailand, i now have 2 grandsons that i adore. This post of yours just made me want to comment on what a beautiful family you have & what a wonderful job you are doing together . Having experienced 10 yrs in Thailand it is such a joy for me to see a genuine loving relationship between a farang & thai lady. Trust me , in 10 yrs i only ever saw 1 , 2 max relationships that were REAL, Many may say that is such a negative comment, however , have you ever lived the REAL life in Thailand ? Your family brings joy to my heart, i know its not easy living in another country. , keep being REAL. Love you guys 😍

A school teacher near us has built a sustainable farm out of recycled wood and bamboo. Many different buildings serve different purposes, surrounded by fruit and shade trees and several ponds. A nice little resort to relax and enjoy life! Might be a good time to dig a pond (out back) for irrigation and fish!

When I make CDB oil , I make it a tincture, much cleaner and easy to handle then pure oil , just soak dry herb in grain alcohol, the kind for drinking and then strain it , skip the evaporator and take it by the table spoon , add it to smoothies

If you swap the wires around connected from the battery to the motor on the toy boat it will run in the correct direction.

Learn to do some canning so you can have freshly caned food between harvest , you can also learn natural ways to dehydrate certain foods so then you can have things like freshly dehydrated coconut year round

I have been watching your progress for quite a while, like when you were still roughing it. You have transformed your little compound into a thing of beauty. I always have that thing about immigration having the ability to deny me my visa one year and I would have to pick up and find a new country. I don't think it would really happen, but it is always in the back of my mind. And you just never know when the next world altering conflict will start up and cause a lot of folks to migrate. We have chosen since we probably have 20-25 years left, we just rent and spend our retirement money on travel. Final kid is working on his Masters in the States, so obligations to the sons is now just to kick in the money for weddings. So I pay rent in full of r three years at a time. If we need to bail early, no huge loss of money, but we do have some security. You have more ahead of you and you've done a great job setting up a sustainable space. BTW, I think the plants at your landscape shop are Indica, not Sativa. And switching the wires on the paddle boat may make it go forward. Chock Dii.

Good vlog as usual - however I am sorry but a (any) pig is just a bacon sandwich before going in for the cure - but it’s horses for courses ! Have you thought of some type of poly tunnel to boost veg and fruit output ? I am looking at a stepped raised bed and may enclose it. Great to see the build it kits for home schooling, the variety is better than Maccano Schools and attitudes change as does society, in secondary school in the UK I considered myself lucky that we - as part of the main curriculum - undertook, pottery, bookbinding, enamel work, basket making and in metalwork and woodwork made fully workable crossbows and black powder muskets or flintlock pistols - don’t think that would go down well in todays H&S assessment led society - I believe egg and spoon races are banned in case someone comes last ! PS : do I remember in the past that you said Damo painted the picture upon your wall ? All the best 👍🏼

All of those plants are incredibly cheap! Just a ganja clone in the US will cost you on average $25. Even though Thailand has the original "land race" Thai ganja strains that are the backbone of most ganja strains around the world, they are still in the infancy of breeding for top ganja genetics.
