Totally agree. Many years ago my friend and her husband, interviewed together a nanny then hired her. That nanny and her husband went on to have an affair. Nanny got pregnant for husband had a daughter for him. She fired her but still the husband went on to have another child with her. The marriage broke up, they divorced and I believe husband and nanny ended up together. I think they got married. Don’t bring young nannies into the marital home

While that is true I don't know how familiar they are with working with the texture, I went to a salon and let one of the white students work on my hair and it was a disaster because she didn't know how to scratch it while shampooing it so it wasn't clean.
