Bill's approach is the smartest, safest and I believe effective methods for long-term success. Train yourself. Don't drain yourself.

This episode had me glued from start to finish....was even listening during the tail end of my workout too. One thing they touched upon was regarding to your face how it can tie to your emotion and to your own body and how you feel. I feel there is a lot more to explore in that and believe that is something that can be utilized. My guy Eliud Kipchoge is known to do that during his marathons, training, etc, you notice him smiling throughout and its bizarre but i feel he is mentally altering how his body is feeling to push through the pain and it seems to really work for him

1-5 sets of 15 air squats or reverse lunges, 10 push-ups or dips, and 5 chin-ups or pull-ups every morning treated no differently than brushing your teeth. Incorporate that routine to your morning routine for 1-3 months and see what happens to your physique and mindset.

I do my calisthenics slow, controlled and mindful. Nasal breathing gets me shredded and when my fork breaks that's when I stop. I'm turning 44 and I'm the best shape of my life. Minimalist, effective, efficient training and I train everyday at sometimes twice a day.

Man I completely agree with bill on the waist stuff. Small waists are for girls lol 😂 I’ve always been a leaner guy and I always admired guys who looked like they had 4” thick armoured waist. I really like Chris duffin for example. By the way those 1lb kettlebells are freakin awesome! 🎉
@kevinu60042 жыл бұрын
Such potential for complete wash of quality in your comment; but why the small waists are for girls?! What if genetics and/or body type just fits 1 into that physique. Plus most models and fitness stagers try to emulate the slim waists & broad shoulder look; Arnold for example. Also Bill said he liked both slim & trim with obliques AND thicker muscular belts. Most of it for the most part comes down to genetics, training & lifestyle
