I've always had an Pixel and iPhone but my iPhone was my primary. December 2022 was a turning point for me when I bought my Galaxy 360 Laptop for work (The Software I use doesn't work on a Mac). I realized how good the Samsung/Andriod Ecosystem is, it's almost comparable to the Apple Ecosystem. The flexibility is a perk and I use Dex on my Z Fold 5. It's connected to an external monitor and I use it like another laptop. I also have the S24 Ultra for work. For personal use, I use the OnePlus 11 and the OnePlus Watch 2. My Pixel Fold is literally sitting in the corner, it's a useless brick, waste of money 😂😂😂. My MacBook Pro is still used for personal use and my iPhone 14 Pro works like a charm. Both ecosystems are awesome and I would urge everyone to use both.

People trash talk Bixby a lot so let me clear it up again here cause nobody listens - Bixby was designed with Korea voice recognition first. Korean. Getting a robot to understand Korean was a monumental task at the time, and Sammy pulled it off and it was something to behold. Why does nobody use it in English? (kinda sounds like a you problem) Because, when Samsung finished that voice model it ironically couldnt understand spoken English. That software bug, patch, and delayed release ultimately contributed to its slow start, and eventual downfall ; something that Sammy really wanted to avoid cause it was supposed to be their version of Siri. It hasnt recovered since. So now you know.

I use bixby, and it understands me better than siri, who didnt understand my norwegian and was incredibly inaccurate in english. It also had a lot less features when interacting with 3rd party hardware. Have non of these issues with bixby or google

I use bixby voice to set alarms. For some reason it's much more reliable than gemini or Google assistant. Using it for voice settings on the phone is amazing

To each their own, but I do find the AI quick grammar/spelling check useful for texts and emails, especially when I am tired and want to fire off a quick text. I find they are generally pretty good, but you still have to read over its suggestions because sometimes it misunderstands the message. I don't see myself ever using the writing style function, though.

Thanks. I am also long time iPhone user from 3s. I am now considering switching iPhone to S24 ultra or Fold 6. Do you have a plan to compare S24 ultra to Fold 6? :)

Folds are really interesting to me - I actually bought the Flip 6 this year - interested on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold (whatever it's called..lol). The Fold 6 didn't seem like much of a big upgrade over the 5. It felt the same in my hand and I'm not a fan of the thinner outer screen
