Bit of an epic trip there Dustin and Dave. Is your area suitable for barley, wheat or rye? If so you could do your own grain along with the hops. I am assuming hops can be grown in your area too. I can see why you where so determined to get that unit, one hell of a bargain even with all the hassles. Just too good to pass up. Have fun with it.

This was such an amazing find - although you clearly had to work for it. I made a business plan for a brewery a few years ago, but I couldn't make the sums work (in the UK) to get going while still paying the mortgage.
