I recieved lin KD rise electric bike, company say they use lifepo4 battery. But within one and half year, the battery died......how can you say lifepo4 battery has 10 years life span.....

Thank you for raising this question. The lifetime of a Lithium-Iron Phosphate cell depends on various factors. Main identifiable factors are, 1. Operating temperature 2. Charging and Discharge Rates 3. Depth of Discharge The cycle count varies drastically due to the above factors. For an example, if the battery is discharged or charged with higher rates, it might lead to fast deterioration. Likewise it totally depends on the correct engineering design. Otherwise, the system will not last for long.
