I came across Bulumko's video on TikTok last year (while I was in matric) and I was puzzled as to how someone would ever leave such a good career path and go back to matric. Little did I know that God had the same plans for me. I passed my matric with 5 distinctions but unfortunately my maths and physics were not good so I got rejected for medicine. I went for my 2nd choice which is radiography but I am slowly realizing that even though it's a good career path, it is not what my heart was made for. I have taken the decision to finish my first year first and see if I'm able to change to medicine but if that does not happen, I AM GOING BACK TO UPGRADE because medicine is why I breathe in air. It is my life and I would do anything to become a doctor. Bulumko's story is why I believe in myself, he's truly an inspiration.

I did my matric back in 2022 of which I failed... last year I was upgrading and I just got my results and again I failed , I am going back to school back to grade 11 and I am changing my subjects... I got accepted at False bay college (ncv) under fish hoek and I am funded by nsfas but due to the fact my campus doesn't offer residence I am forced to opt for private accommodation of which nsfas accredited private accommodations are really far from my campus, fast-forward I can't got and study because of financial problems hence I am going back to school and I am starting tomorrow.

This is it ✨. I am currently a second year trainee at an audit firm and have been thinking about going back to school to do CTA full-time, but I was paralyzed by the fear of failing again. I applied and registered and was accepted at UKZN this year, but out of fear I went back to work. I was worried about my age and finances. I passed my matric last year with a bachelor pass with two distinction, lowest mark- 71%... those are great results but not really satisfied. I wanted to do pharmacy but then got rejected and the problem was that I applied in few varsities(only 3 varsities). so this year I was doing Bsc in Physical Sciences and mathematics and I deregistered a few weeks back cause I really did not like the course and some other reasons ke that forced me to. I wanted to repeat grade 12 this year but my parents were against that, I've started applying to many universities this time but I wish I can go back back in high school and my parents wont understand at all... eGobizizwe they have great teachers especially in maths & physics, but I don't know if I should go there bcz they do competitions every year with some schools including my previous school so there are high chances zoba i'll go to my previous school every term whenever they have competitions naseGobizizwe, and I don't wanna go back there ...... Whuuuuu! it's a lot kodwa I still have time to decide

You will have to write the NSC exam, I think. I've seen people who say they did their matric rewrite while at university . Closing day is on the 7th of February, I think. Google Matric Second Chance Program .

Hi everyone I have a problem here and I need advice so i matriculated in 2023 and I'm not happy with my marks in January 2024 I decided that I want to go back to school and redo my matric again unfortunately where I live the schools near me don't want me to redo it again because I have different languages and by the way I was in a private school so I then decided that let me go to grade 11 this year so that next year I'll do matric from start afresh i went to some of the schools and they said I can't do grade 11 because apparently the department of education can't allow me to go to school because I have already sat down before to write matric, please help me guys I really need help because I know I need to go back to school to do a course that I want even if they require me to go back in grade 11 this year I wouldn't mind at this point.
