Thanks Corina for these tips. I was a LTM since 1971 but cannot maintain. One of my things I still do like is the WW Milkshake...made with Buttermilk and frozen fruit, Stevia.....blend in blender and enjoy. This is a winner for me.

The smart ones or lean cuisine chicken enchiladas make a fantastic soup! Just cook it in the microwave and chop it up, add to heated chicken broth with some salsa added. Top with shredded cheese if you like :)

I make frozen lunches and add veggies and chicken to them to bulk them up and there is always plenty of sauce to flavor the add ins.

Wow! Most helpful video I've watched lately. I've never taken more screen shots of a video. You've given so many great ideas to go along with products I never saw. One thing I miss from not going to ww meetings (I now use the Healthi app) is people bringing in products that they tried. Thanks for posting!

I am hooked on the mini won tons. Dollar General also carries them in their freezer section. Sometimes Walmart doesn’t have them.

Thanks for all the good ideas and I'd love to see more. I hardly ever see WW meals either. I have to scan other healthy in the store, because I was shocked once, at the points, after I had already eaten it, and it looked healthy!!

There are so many great frozen foods that come in handy if you're in a hurry, or if you simply aren't up to cooking. You showed me a few new ones that I haven't seen before, Corinna, thanks! I wish I could get those Healthy Choice bars, but we don't have a Sam's Club nearby and I haven't found them anywhere else. I hope you have a happy weekend! 🥰

I ❤️ the Healthy Choice fudge bars ❤. And only 2 points ‼️ I've seen the WW fudge bars at Publix but they're only in part of the East coast.

Good morning! I thought I was the only one who couldn't find Smart Ones easily. I live in South Carolina, and I've found them only at two stores. Walmart is one. Veggies Made Great also has a cinnamon muffin, which has only three points, and they're amazing!!

I also love the convenience of frozen meal options. However, you have to check the Ingredients. For example, the jimmy dean turkey breakfasts have high fructose corn syrup in them.! That’s really bad for you
