haha, no worries - getting healthy is a process and you definitely can't do it all at once! Best of luck though - I hope it helps you!

Movement. Word. You must make the juices flow so they can do their job.

Bellicon rebounder! My favorite exercise, even if for 10 minute gentle bounce or more. They are great for the lymph system. Your kids will love it also!

We have one but I can't bounce on it much lest I pee myself. (I had a bladder prolapse after my 2nd baby and still working on getting that back into shape with tons and tons of kegels a day, fun :-)

Altho I did not do iron man's I too think over exercising when I first started getting the symptoms - including bad insomnia) pushed me completely over the edge into full on illness of chronic fatigue and 'fibro' which I think are really just hypo thyroid symptoms. I used to walk around my whole block and more just a few years ago, thinking if I kept walking everyday, surely i would get fitter and it would be beneficial. But it wasn't . I never got any fitter. All it did was zap all my energy for the whole day. I have to stop exercising when I am bad. Just some gardening or house work is exercise. It has taken me a very long time to let myself off the hook in regards to not exercising. Its just the reality of it. Wish it was different but pushing yourself when u r not healed enough is recipe for disaster.
