Beautiful family!!! I loved you fishing with your daughter. As I was watching, my wife and I reminisced when we took our two sons, 9 and 12, on a Class C RV trip to Alaska. I will NEVER forget the smiles on my boys faces reeling in monster salmon in a tributary to the Salmon River. I only had light trout gear with us, and the kids had to land those monsters with drags set VERY loose. Their arms were falling off. Absolutely priceless moments!!! You guys are doing it right my friend!!

Great video. I will admit the part with you fishing with your daughter brought tears to my eyes. When my daughter was young we did a lot of outdoor things together, fishing, camping, backpacking, skiing etc. and though we still do my daughter now knows dad can not rope the moon, she is now a teenager and things change. Thanks so much

You guys are so much fun to watch, unpretentious and authentic - unlike many other youtubers; you're offering virtual experience of that great nature you have and it doesn't feel virtual at all (with your little cutie reminding me of our caravan trips to Scandinavia with our little boys, 2 and 5; there's a huge roof tent community here in Europe, by the way...); so heartwarming to see kids exploring nature... Have fun and greetings from southern Germany!

Caroline catching her first fish PRICELESS. Also some of the best tasting fish on the continent. Best to cook whole wrapped in foil with some onion and butter chopped and stuffed in the fish cavity. When cooked you can peel off the top layer of flesh then lift the tail up and toward the head and ALL of the bones come out with the backbone, do all salmon and trout this way and you can be sure that no bones are left for kids to choke on. You also get to eat all the flesh rather than waste a large part of it trying to fillet, especially on such a small fish species. Ive done your trip 2016 and love seeing it again thru others eyes. SOOO many wonderful memorys. Cheers Steve h.

You sure are a lucky man. Not so much having a nice truck and being in Alaska, but because you have a loving wife and an amazing little girl. I can't imagine in todays society a better situation for a strong marriage and raising a happy virtuous daughter. No public indoctrination, no TV, no Hollywicked, and no bad influences. Great video as usual. And I know that look, from the miner, it was probably the 'what in the hell are you doing back here right now" look. And the silence was sizing you up, to see if you're a complete idiot or not. lol :)

One thing to remember is that it is all relative. You may look at him and say he has a " loving wife" and " amazing little girl", but everybody has their struggles, and what you may see as perfection, the person living that life may have a different opinion. Who knows how they are withe the cameras off.. perhaps they are tired and at each others throats all the time. Can't make judgements on a few minutes of a person's day
