This was the hardest thing my husband and I ever put together. The last pieces in the back that move the goal up and down, was not screwed all the way down. So the back would not align to put the last screw in. I would never do this again. But the enjoyment my son had once put together was priceless.

Same for us!!! Holy Moly. The instructions in video are super clear. The book had some missing things, but our biggest problem was our parts did not align easily. I had to walk away in anger many times and circle back. We are stuck on the handle attaching the second hole and we get pin alway to other side but hole on handle won’t align. We tried moving up down left right. Maybe we had bad parts. Also booklet has these orange instruction pages that should have been at the front. Like why are they randomly in the middle. Completely missed the important stuff. Also suggestion because of the orange places. Why do you label the bags BCS, BRS. How about 1, 2, 3, etc. and have them go in order of the steps. 😅

I’m on Day 2, about 7 hours in and almost done. My engineer brother-in-law was flummoxed after 4 hours. This is a beast to assemble and the directions are awful. Next time, pay for the assembly, no matter the cost!

This is exactly like my basketball hoop, thought mine has the straight pipes instead of the pipes going on the side, also mine is like 5 years sold. (I’ve been a lifetime costumer for 10 years) my only problem with this brand is gage the rims bend horribly and I had to replace mine. Also the rim hooks break easily especially on the rim that is featured on this hoop in the video.

Is it recommended to put gel in the base? If not why, also with water will it move easily because I weigh 220, and wanna dunk without the hoop falling on me. This has happened with many other hoops hence why I don’t trust water.

Hello! I had somebody assemble my basketball hoop but they didn’t tighten the rim properly and it wobbles even when i make the shot all net. And because it wobbles, it makes the most annoying noise of the rim shaking. So my question is how should i go about tightening the rim and what would i need?

Where the springs are just tighten them evenly a bit more and will stop the wobble it jsut means whoever installed it didn’t tighten them two bolts up enough no biggy

My backboard broke and I'm going to replace it with a new one. How difficult will it be or how long will it take to swap out the old backboard for a new one?

Not handy at all. My drill will not puncture the plastic and metal for the end steps of 5. The drill is 12 volt. Any help on how to attach the bottom base to the backboard? Thanks!

For my basketball hoop trigger and handle got stuck, its not moving, it was working ok, all the sudden it was like that.. seems like it got jammed..should i take everything off and try it again, or parts is broken? can you help me

You can, but for section 4 you will want to refer to your manual since the attachment is different.

There may be an issue with your extension arms or your handle, but we won't know for sure with out images. Can you send us images of your assembly to [e-mail] so we can troubleshoot some ideas of what may going on?

Very poor instruction both in video as well as manual. Screw size not mentioned in video and 5 inch screw doesn't fit the support bar.and there are no other 5 inch screws in pack

5:51 on step 2.6, the holes and hardware do not line up. How do we get replacement parts shipped to us? Also, you should list what additional tools you use for each step. We can’t see what you’re using and you don’t talk about it. Really poor instructions and video. Very frustrating.
