Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh

I think you are very respectful with these folks watching the crap you have to put up with at times. Helping them move out their belongings is probably not on the list of job requirements. I'm glad you have the cameras. Not only does it provide the content, but it's for your protection in case anyone tries to claim injuries, damages, or theft.

The camera from the back of the truck is a great perspective. Good the ground was frozen, if that had been mud it would not have worked. However, this mule is some impressive tool! And your boss again had to notice you can do the job when others cant.👍💪

If this man didn't know exactly how to not only retrieve the shed..but all the side issues he must handle and still be cool and calm and be respectful to people and contents of the shed they didn't want to pay for .. 👍👍

I looked down to see this video was today! I've been catching up for a while, been binge watching your videos. Really like the dual view - truck time-lapse and both sides of the job at once. Always interesting to see how you get these sheds out of such precarious locations. I start to feel bad for those that you Repo, if someone is living there or their kids have a playhouse. Then I remember I pay a mortgage - likely more than a shed costs. If I missed my mortgage payment it could be the same thing. Amazing work - thanks for sharing!

I almost want to rent a shed, then instantly quit paying for it, but I will set up a crazy obstacle course!!! Huge ditches, the creek, pack of rabid possums, off camber downhill trails, maybe some whoops, fallen trees, a yellow jacket nest, 10 tons of weights hidden in one wall, a broke down car, “my nekkid sister” and a grind rail!

Not a winter time job up north ,unless early winter before the snow hits ! You get a foot or more of snow ; you not even getting to the shed/ tiny house ! And that far off the road you be days out there with a snow shuvel clearning enough snow !! Fact is some places get over 2 plus feet of snow at a time ! some places get more than 6 feet of snow in one storm ! best to not try moving anything that wide down the road in a snow storm Or heavy rain storm !

I’m astounded that the company that own these garages know before hand that the people purchasing these buildings are going to faulter on the repayments yet they still sign them up! The defaulters just don’t realise that once they sign on the dotted line they are committed to repayments even if the miss a few payments & have the garage repossessed they still are committed to repaying the debts despite not having the garage!

I'm pretty sure the holes dug out so they can take the center blocks and build a sturdy Foundation to put either that shed on or build another building to pair it with I once had a similar idea to buy two of those similar sheds and put them back-to-back and extending the upstairs Loft that most sheds like this have and putting like 2-bedroom Loft upstairs the restroom laundry room and kitchen and one more bedroom on the bottom floor I know that sounds very hillbilly but you can build a decent-sized little cottage just by buying two of those sheds and putting five or $6,000 worth of materials in them to section the rooms out

A stationwagon or sedan is 2and 1/4 tons plus of weight !! Plus meny cars are standerd And some automatic transmitions do not have park !! Some automatic tansmitions are pushbutton " no shift lever "! ! But than again if you did not know that you should not be driving !!

Looking at that water filled hole, as it is the same size as the shed and RECTANGULAR, I am thinking there was going to be a foundation placed there over which the 'shed' was going to be moved. If so, it looks like the repo came 'just-in-time'. A little more and repo could be difficult, dicey or impossible.
