Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I totally agree with you, Helix. If a person is given adequate notice and care about the shed belongings, they should have it cleaned out and ready for pickup. At most, I'd give a person 1/2 hour to get their stuff out, while I was preparing the shed for removal. And in this case, the guy even left all of that crap attached to the outside of the shed.. These people are fully aware of what they are doing. If the shed weighed too much, I'd dump out the heavy stuff, screw the doors shut and tell them where they could retrieve their belongings. Josh is a good man and by helping out, he is avoiding a lot of the confrontation. I could never do his job..

@ 06:37 -- This is the second or third of Josh's videos just in the past couple of weeks where the people have run an electric line in through a right-angle junction box and not bothered to put a cover on the box. I know a couple of electrical inspectors who would have a cow over the way these sheds are electrified.

So you know that you need to get your crap out of there and detach stuff and disconnect the electricity and you're just going to wait until the guy shows up to do all this?! I really give you so much credit for your patience . Putting up with trying to get the buildings out of less than perfect conditions is one thing but having to deal with human beings that are not responsible enough to clean out the sheds ahead of time and leaving you a mess is just crazy.
