Light Bar Install, Polaris RZR

Today we learn the hard way to install our single row LED Light Bar ob our RZR Turbo. A little fabrication, wiring, and a lot of guess work.

Hey man, good video and good initiative to engineer your own mounts. I suggest using Seizmik mounts for your machine. They work perfect on mine. They fit perfect using that roof and even allow the use of a windshield. They are cheap too.

Unplug the jumper wire going to the switch light and run a wire from that pin to the accessory post

Just find the terminal that is the light on the switch itself. Run everything from the main power. The a wire from the ignition on lug to just the light on the switch.

Exact issue I had with the switch lighting up. And and did the same exact thing to the accessory terminal. Have you blown the fuse yet?

@@knowgearsknowglory2862 Maybe the terminal which has the 10amp fuse is regulating only the backlight on the switch and not the whole lightbar? Thoughts?

maybe I missed it. Did you use the factory Polaris light bar harness?

NO, I used a harness from a local Powersports shop.
