Thanks for this Lee. As I get older I turn away a bit sometimes from pretentious foody recipes and look for old school recipes. I reckon I'll give a couple of these a go.

wonderful, you're most welcome. I love salads too, I make so many of them. I have a lovely recipe for Cajun chicken salad on this channel as well. That's the easiest way I know of peeling eggs 😉
