I mean...they can get the same number of actions if you multiclass. Likely you meant number of attacks - which fighter gets a lot of. (In the rules, as written, you are only no longer able to cast spells that turn _if_ you use a bonus action to do cast one first. So, if you use Action Surge to give yourself two actions, you can cast two spells and _then_ a third if you CAN use a Bonus Action for a spell too) So Multiclass fighter, get the Metamagic Adept Feat or also Multiclass Sorcerer, and live your 3 Lightning Bolt Spell dreams

According to 5e RAW: Magic Missile 1st level evocation Casting Time: 1 action Range: 120 feet Target: A creature of your choice that you can see within range Components: V S Duration: Instantaneous Classes: Sorcerer, Wizard You create three glowing darts of magical force. Each dart hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A dart deals 1d4 + 1 force damage to its target. The darts all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several. At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the spell creates one more dart for each slot above 1st. Magic Missile can't miss according to the rules for MM. Please don't make stupid comments.

In my dnd campaign, there's a "Dodge" mechanic similar to Payday 2, and one of my players managed to entirely max out his dodge so every time he rolls for dodge, he has a 5% chance of getting hit. This is every encounter...

I think the dodge chance should depend.ok the available space to dodge into, so a fireball that hits every surrounding square around your dodge player reduces his dodge chances by? 90%. You are targeting all 9 squares after all. Suddenly inverting his dodge chance could be fun. your normal players won't be dodging much either but you don't have to use the big AOE quite so accurately on them.

Im pretty sure this guy is actually a sorceror - the speed and frequency of his casts lines up more that way. Sorcerors tend to use frequent, low to mid level incantations becuase their innate blood allows them to fire more of them and more quickly. Wizards are more identified by the complexity of the casting - the more niche and situational - the more likely you're dealing with a Wizard's custom magick.
