Or simply play Kh9!!! Even great Tal will have no answer to such a move...
@acceleratingthesupernatural6 жыл бұрын
The problem is... kh9 can only be played by Mikhail lol

Tal never felt guilty or ashamed if he made an unsound sacrifice. He had a philosophical attitude. Sometimes he simply could not calculate everything and used intuition to guide his sacrifices.

Nice game! Can you analyze Anand - MVL, Stavanger 2015 (Najdorf Adams attack)?

6:08 Why recapture bishop with queen instead of pawn?
@pukulu6 жыл бұрын
Spassky and Bronstein were more King's gambit players than Tal was. Tal was usually fine with playing the Ruy Lopez.

Being quite familiar with Tal and being somewhat of an attacker myself, as soon as I saw Tal develop his queen to d3, my first thought was “Black has to be very careful here if he wants to avoid getting completely destroyed”.

Hi Suren... Could you please give me a link where I can learn basics of different openings and variations naming..

At 6. 07. Why didn't black capture with the pawn. Why did he capture with the queen???
@frankvandepieterman99266 жыл бұрын
Boma Obomanu Re3+ wins the Queen anyway
@NicoSolitario16 жыл бұрын
Black still lose the queen not to mention the black will also lose the bishop if he doesn't want the white rook to live another day

@jasonz99026 жыл бұрын
I guess there is a few Stanislav Winter fans cause why else would you give a thumbs down on a Suren video. My other theory is of course they blundered the like button. But let's go back. Great video: Tal lives in our hearts and over the board. Long live Tal...and Suren of course.

a GM plays like that? see the move on 6:10. what's wrong if he would capture that bishop with pawn?
@TejaswaPratap6 жыл бұрын
Yes, a GM and only a GM can play like that. After 29. gxf6, black will lose his queen anyway by Re3+. So by understanding all this he played that move.
@trylegend79796 жыл бұрын
After 29. Bxf6, why not gxf6?
@fireworksandpie94826 жыл бұрын
Try Legend The black rook is pinning the pawn against the king so gxf6 is illegal
@zenzorba77876 жыл бұрын
Bxf6 is not illegal can take the Bishop but doesn't work as Re3 will get the Queen anyway

@enriquechavez59446 жыл бұрын
Mc Mcx he won the 1960's tournament against Botvinnik, which is considered one of the most inteligent players in those days, Botvinnik won matches against all the world champions like José Raúl Capablanca, Alexander Alekhine, Vasili Smyslov etc. So... yes, Mijail Tal reach the top, he even won a match against Fischer 15 days before his death.
