Candy started playing in her Dad Hans' band. He was also a saxophonist. She's played with Prince, Dave Stewart (of Eurythmics), Van Morrison and Pink Floyd.

I love that you did this. She is a legend in Europe, one of the first women to lead her own band, and playing an instrument traditionally reserved for guys. As other commenters said, it is other musicians who appreciate her most, including Prince. Stewart of course was half of the Eurythmics with Annie Lennox. There are clips of her doing this song for 10, 11, 13 minutes with various guitarists, and you never get tired of it.

I'm sorry, but it seems obvious that you don't even realize who Dave Stewart is. He was half of The Eurythmics, alongside Annie Lennox. I am REALLY surprised that, as musicians, neither of you recognized his name before the video even started (or his sound). I do understand that you are both fairly young so that could be it, but I think that pro musicians SHOULD know where music has already been in order to keep it progressing. I suppose Dave counts as a Pop Artist because that is what The Eurythmics count as, but he is a rocker as well. Anyway, I have loved this song since it came out (it was on the soundtrack to a movie that was a foreign film). Candy was only seventeen when she first recorded it with Dave. She has improved her Sax since then, as you can see here. That song is the only thing I have ever seen where Candy recorded in a studio. Everything else I have ever seen or heard from her is live performances and obviously she is AMAZING! So, I HAD to watch this reaction. I'm only a little disappointed that you didn't know Dave, otherwise I love this reaction video.
