Thanks for another great video Mike. Sirgio did a great job giving you the tour of the truck. That truck has some cool features. One thing that I thought was kind of interesting was he showed 2 charged water cans, but no dry chem. Not sure if they don’t carry them on the truck, or if he kissy didn’t show them. But I thought it would be odd if they didn’t carry at-least one. Keep up the awesome work Mike! I appreciate it.

I just wanted to know why someone never said checking for wire. If the instructor don't hear you he will automatically fail you when testing for Firefighter 1.

@@erinandcory7812 we have a cone trailer with traffic safety equipment on it that we can respond with if the need arises. We also have two portable light towers and we have an enclosed trailer and an open trailer to transport the ATV.

I love firefighter and the fire however i think its ridiculous that a firefighter carries that much weight he shouldn't have to carry more that 50lbs if that

One partial solution is to teach firefighters to carry only what is necessary on themselves. A big portion of the “extra” weight we carry is our own personal equipment. Firefighters love to buy the latest gadgets and gimmicks because someone declared “this is a must have tool for every interior firefighter”. Members need to evaluate what they actually NEED, not what the latest sales pitch is.
