Bro as boring as your content is. Maybe boring isn’t the word. I love the way you put your content together. It’s very informational and interesting to watch.

Like many people mentioned “O” rings work perfectly for the dogbone cups.💯👍

I use bit nitro fuel tubing to fix dog bones bud

Looking good. I use a 3D printed switch mount designed to fit between the ESC fan and base, works awesome. O-rings in the dog bones works good. 👍 🇨🇦👈🤠

I don't have a limitless, but I have used a small o-ring in the drive cup to help center driveshafts before

I have used 2 short pieces of fuel hose ( about 3-4mm long) in the drive cups to limit movement of the shaft.

Those drive cups got seated in too deep. Arrma quality control, LOL. Loosen the set screw and most likely you can set them up correctly. When push the shaft all the way to one end, the outside dia of the shaft pin from the other end should be at least 3mm into the cup. That's how mine came from the factory. Position should be @13:24 beginning frame of 13:24

Orings for your driveshaft. Most arrma cars have em

excellent breakdown vid! For that dogbone issue, I use nitro fuel line that's used on nitro RC cars, a small piece on both ends works great. And because its flexible, it has room to expand during thermal expansion. Another thing I did on my Limitless build using that also uses the XLX2 was that when I screwed it down to the chassis, I used thermal conductive gap pad material between the chassis & the ESC, this allows for greater thermal dissipation to keep the ESC cooler. Using an insulator type of material between the two is not the best choice, but I get it, sometimes we have to do what we must to get things up & running lol.

I used fuel tubing too. It's working well in the first few passes. Video is posted on every pass the car has made.

Could you make a video about cargo lifting rc planes? What kind of engine will you use? How much weight it is possible to lift? How long will it fly?

Industrial velcro is great for escs, txs, gps etc. I stick the esc power wire to the side of the xlx2 you use a spring or fuel tubing ithe rear drive. shafts too.

Nitro fuel tubing is what I use. Some times one O ring isn't enough and two is too much. The tubing can be cut spot on! Good videos eh! 😁😁
@tkostang2 жыл бұрын
Either use o rings with the shaft or make your own spool shaft (8mm) or you can buy one that has a lot tighter tolerances. 8mm titanium round bar online for cheap.

Good video and good luck for finding a new spot to go fast✅👍🏻 I‘m excited to see what you really want to show with this build 🧐 Totally undergeared and much too stock for a real speed car- otherwise totally overpowered with the xlx2 and 1721! This limitless is a huge ❓in my mind

Soon Joe. Many projects on the go. I think I found another spot to run this beast too!

cut nitro fuel tubing as spacers for drive shafts works great on all my limitless's.... also the rear center drive shaft will bend on you and hit the motor....you should get Perfect Pass carbon shafts because of the vibration of the stock shafts...they fold like bananas. literally!

Custom driveshafts tend to have tighter tolerances and there are many from SS to Ti to carbon.. im not getting into the politics of what or who is best im just making the point and as we all said our loud during our watch of the vid o rings help . Personally i only use them on the arms when necessary but i wouldn't be afraid to use them as you are needing

I would definitely suggest staying with 4s to 6s until that car is running 130-140+

Too late, subscribers already voted and selected 8s for 100mph.

Not sure what you mean. Subscribers have selected and want to see 100mph on 8s. Anything else is irrelevant.

Greetings, activate the option of subtitles in Spanish for Latin American followers who do not speak English, that would help us a lot and your channel

It says I have to manually add all subtitles in the video. I don't know how to speak Spanish, this would be difficult.

diff-outdrive-insert/ARA311028 I tried links but they don't work, that is what you need for that center shaft.
