One of the kindest, approachable big stars ever! When two of her band members told her they would be quitting in order to try to form their own band, instead of getting upset with them for leaving her short handed or trying to talk them out of their venture she jumped right in and asked; "How can I help?" She was instrumental in getting them signed to a record deal, getting a manager lined up for them and even made some suggestions about potential band members! That was Don Henley and Glen Frye of "The Eagles". She is truly a one in a million person!

Love your reaction to this! I saw a TV interview, where the show's host was praising her music, her voice, complimenting this song, etc. and Linda says, "Well, I don't think I sang it very well" - I think referring to the studio recording. That was Linda, never satisfied with her work, forever striving to improve, grow, try new things, develop her art to the heights of her ability. And... DAMN did she ever! She was gifted with a sublime instrument, sure, but she worked her A$$ off her whole career. Her Latin albums - her best work, I think, because they came from her roots, right out of her soul.
