Welcome to the SCULPT IT Series, 4 workouts that will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. These are functional training workouts that use various combinations or mat and standing exercises to create long, lean muscles. There are lots of angle variations, balance challenges and compound exercises to engage both your mind and body. The workouts need minimal space and equipment. Do them any time any where for a total body challenge!
In SCULPT IT Mat Workout you will see down dog to plank variations with knee pulls, cross over glute raises, side to side rotations, then side kneeling leg raises and knee to elbow crunches, a teaser variation, some back extension and push-up work and a hip opening total body combination to finish. This is a mat workout with a difference, there are lots of functional combination moves that will challenge your strength and get your heart rate up, all whilst providing a dynamic stretching element.
