Welcome to the Double Burn Series, a set of workouts that will challenge your body from every angle. You will use a double set principle where you perform 2 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. Each workout will use various pieces of equipment as well as your body weight to increase the challenge. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end.
In Double Burn Cardio Sculpt you will start with some side lunges and skaters as well as a plank variation to warm up the body. Then move to 2 lower body groupings - wide plie squats and a tough forward leaning lunge to glute raise combo. Then 2 upper body groupings, a row to shoulder press combo and some faster boxing style moves as well as a functional shoulder move that finishes with boxing style hooks. Then move to 2 core segments - a seated oblique twist and knee raise combo and a tough upper and lower crunch exercise. Finish with a lengthening stretch.
