I have been active and working out my entire life...kettlebell, HIIT, weight training, and mat Pilates are my “go-to”s. Not anymore. I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of weeks now and each one I do seems to get more and more challenging! When you say, “drop your weights if you need to” this is the first time in my life I have ever had to do just that. Within the first 15min of this workout. I was as sweaty as I get after a kickboxing class! I can’t imagine my body staying the same while continuing to work out with you. Thank you for these deliciously hard functional workouts! 💖

Awesome! I'm so glad you are finding my workouts challenging. When I first started with this style of workout I was also floored by it and had to develop all those little muscles that tend to get missed with traditional styles. You will definitely re-shape your body and also your mind as you push through new fitness barriers 😀

This is such a great workout! All the weighted exercises in the beginning are such an arm burner. 🔥 I lowered my weight because I knew the target 20 arms were after this one. Although your workouts are soooo tough, I can tell I’m getting stronger because I don’t feel like I’m dying while I’m doing them like I did in the beginning. 😅 I still struggle now, but a bit less! Thank you, Linda, you are so aspirational it really keeps me motivated! 💖💪🏽

I love these type of routines you do. As I get older I'm about workouts that work all body parts and include stretching, cardio and strength,. I didn't use weights for most of it. Those "ballet burpies" made me go OMG, but I was able to do most of them, just a little slower than you. Thank you for a great flow!

LOVE!!!! I did your Bounce Total Body Pilates and finished up my workout with this. I wanted to burn a lot of calories, get my heart rate up, but wanted to lengthen everything out for my off day of the week tomorrow. This was perfect! I knew you said the heart rate would be up, but it was more than I expected- in the best possible way. I loved all of the core work and leg lifts. The dynamic stretching at the end felt great. I hope there will be more like this. I will be coming back to it again and again. Thanks! I'm energized and ready for my day : )

This was tough! I was exhausted at the end))) This is a nice feeling of fatigue (mixed with some pride lol) that comes only after working out properly) Also I added ankle weights (well, actually bottles with watter tied with scarf as a replacement) for all leg raises. Maybe, these are not big weights but it definitely makes the difference. Especially when you realize that several monthes ago you could barely did it without weights and now you are actually getting stronger! Thanks for another great workout :-)

My second time doing this workout and it definitely did not get any easier! 😂 After working out with you 5-6 days a week for nearly a month I can tell I’m a bit stronger than last time because I didn’t drop my weights. But, that was the only difference. This might be one the toughest workouts I’ve ever done! Whew! Day 27 of the fat loss challenge complete! Thank you Linda!! 💖🤗 I’m still debating what challenge to do next? Advanced or Barre? 🤔

if you want a bit of a break, then the barre challenge, but if you want to ramp it up further, the endurance workouts in the advanced challenge are killer 😊

I am super competitive by nature, so not being able to keep up with you on your toughest workouts can be discouraging, but your words of encouragement and pure athleticism always keep me going. I think your advanced series will keep me humble, lol, and give me the workout goals I need to achieve a stronger leaner body. You are a wonder, Linda! Hi, I deliberately don't do that because I don't want to stop the flow of the workout, but you can always use the first few reps to check the correct form. I also have a lot of more beginner workouts that explain the form in much more detail. If you start with those then you will see a lot of the exercises that I use in these more advanced workouts and have them explained properly 😊
