www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Energy Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will burn fat and sculpt longer, leaner limbs. They are low impact and joint friendly using easy to find equipment to increase the challenge. These workouts will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and energized.
In Energy Flow Barre you will get your ballet groove on with this fast paced, high cardio factor total body workout. You will start with a flowing warm up then move into exercises such as ballet burpees, squat to releve combinations, ballet jumps, oblique side bends, a plie set, lunges, leg raises and a tough abs set that will continue to keep your heart rate up. You will also see some targeted arm and glutes exercises.
