www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Torch and Tone Series. These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use body weight and weights to chisel and define your entire body.
Torch and Tone Box is a fast paced, easy to follow boxing routine using light weights to define your arms and shoulders. Kick, punch and jump your way to a leaner physique with fun combinations that will leave you out of breathe! There are some jumps throughout, but you can modify to keep it low impact. You will finish with a lengthening stretch.
Fitness level: intermediate/advanced
Equipment: light hand weights

Having finished your Pyramid Upper Body I decided to move in a more dynamic way a little so did this one 😊. This one is super great to punch your sleepy mood in its face 😁😁😁and if your stretch is good enough even kick it 😏😏. Thank you, Linda 😊😊😊!
