www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Fusion Flow Series. These feel good workouts will strengthen, lengthen and stretch your entire body. Perfect for anyone who wants to get a great workout, but in a gentle and soothing way. There are still moments of challenge, but the movements are very flowing and dance like with no difficult choreography so your mind and body can move with ease.
Fusion Flow Mat is a stretch sculpting routine, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles all whilst on the mat. You will move through large range of motion, sweeping exercises in kneeling, pretzel and side lying positions. You will finish with some all fours leg raises and down dog exercises to engage your core and lengthen your hamstrings.
Fitness level: All levels, definitely easier than most of my other workouts.
Equipment: mat

Lo! What art of deception is this?! It's more challenging than it first appears but I love it. I hate doing stretches but I'm losing flexibility because of that. This workout is really good, prevents me from getting bored and making me enjoy something I would rather avoid 😀🎉

Wanted to try your latest Target 20 today but back of my legs are still sore after yesterday so I decided to do this one and combined it with some upper body strength training and that was nice. Thank you, Linda!

Woaw linda todos debemos de realizar estos estiramientos son geniales sobre todo para el nervio ciático me encantan los estiramientos que aunque no todas las personas pueden realizarlo pero un esfuerzo de poquito en poquito he visto mucha gente con este sintoma y cuentan que es muy doloroso

Yes, I know a few people who have had sciatic nerve issues. It is very painful. It is good to stretch regularly in order to prevent this from happening. Flexibility training and stretching should be a part of everyone's fitness regime.😊

Feel so sad that I won't be able to do most of the regular workouts due to high hamstring tendinitis 😢. Really loved and enjoyed doing your workouts before the injury. Now I can only 'watch' them....Hopefully I can get back to full exercises without restrictions soon!

This looks like a FANTASTIC recovery day workout! I think this will be my workout today. I've been feeling beat up lately and needing more recovery days then usual. It seems to happen every December. I don't know if it's the stress from the holidays or what but these workouts you've been posting are arriving at exactly the right time!

It's always good to listen to your body and give it what it needs. It could definitely be stress that is not allowing you to recover properly. A week of lighter workout will do you the world of good 😊

So I couldn't resist today since I had the time, so I ended up doing both the Endurance 90 Lower Body and then this one after that. lol Bit of a double workout but I just had to do this one and it was as awesome as I expected.

My workouts aren't easy, but this series is definitely easier than my others so it is a great way to get your strength and stamina up before moving on 😊
