Just did this plus the beginner abs and innerthighs all with 4 POUND ANKLE WEIGHTS!! Im trying to do more workouts with ankle weights hope to bump it up to 6 pounds per leg some day soon

The first time I checked Linda's videos, I immediately recognized the amazing quality of her workouts. I subscribed even before trying the first one, and, seeing the number of subscribers, I was like: How doesn't SHE have three milion subscribers? :) Later I watched a coffee talk video where she says she doesn't promote herself so I understood. Anyway - I started working out with KZbin six months ago, and she quickly became one of my top two instructors (two completly different styles but both awesome), and already for the past two months I only work out with them. Also recommending to everyone and giving the workouts as birthday gifts. A true gem!

My joints have been giving me a hard time over the past few days, but I don't want to skip my workouts, so I thought, "Great, it's a beginners set, 30 minutes, I will be fine". I should have known! It's one of YOUR workouts, it was gonna make me WORK whatever the level is. I even broke some sweat at one point. Ha! I have to admit I am kinda glad it's over, but I feel great that I could squeeze in such an effective routine. As always, thank you for making these awesome workouts available for us!

Added this on to your Yoga Barre Fusion Sculpt because I wanted a little longer workout. It was a brave decision to wear my ankle weights 😆😆😆. My outer thighs were on flame 😆. Had to do the latest combination without the weights. Thank you, Linda!

Linda, I'd really appreciate if you could talk about thin/slim people who want to build up muscle mass doing your workouts. When I get sick I can easily lose a couple of kilos which then are so hard to regain. As I have worn cartilages and many injuries, I am not able to lift heavy dumbbells.

the resting leg will always get some burn because it is supporting you. This is normal. You aren't doing anything wrong :)

Sadly, no. After a six-month treatment against tuberculosis, my immune system got weakened, and that is why I've been catching colds and had a really bad thrush. Now I'm feeling a lot better, so I hope I'll be back training with you next monday or as soon as I can.

ha ha! It's all about the reps. The more reps you do the heavier the leg feels! 😊
