www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the BEGINNERS MAT SERIES, a series of time efficient workouts that will sculpt long, lean muscles! These workouts have fewer reps than my other mat workouts and you change legs more frequently. They are the perfect introduction if you are new to Barlates workouts and will still give you amazing results.
In Beginners Mat Abs you will see lots of unique mat exercises to target the obliques, upper and lower abs. There are interesting angle changes to use more muscle groups in one exercise. This gives you a highly effective workout in less time. The exercises are oblique bends in a pretzel position, seated wood chops and crunches, some lying leg raises, crunches and leg raises with knees to the side, seated c-curve leg raises in diamond, c-curve pulses with alternating leg raises and a fun bicycle series to finish.
Fitness level: All Levels - just add ankle weights or a resistance loop to increase the burn.
