Added this one to your Beginners Loop Abs. When I was somewhere in the middle of the workout my husband entered the room took a look at me and you and said "I see this girl is torturing you again 😀! C'mon, Tanya! Just keep up! Keep up cause Linda looks just awesome and she knows what she's doing! 😀". I'm talking about my workouts with you all the time and my husband remembers your name and it feels like I'm talking about a girl living next door. P.S. Thank you for a good Sunday workout!

Hi, I have a lower body stretch video and many other stretch workouts, but not a specific inner thigh stretch. You can add your own stretches after the workouts that don't have any 😊

It would be ideal if you can move the camera to better appreciate the first exercise, it was hard to see. The other exercise we can see your legs to see how we can do the exercise; just a suggestion. Thank you!!

Thank you, i will do the garden one you recommend and the outer thigh garden one 3 days in a week for a month and i'll let you know about the results :)
