Another inventive and brutal workout! Absolutely loved this. I did it yesterday and my inner thighs are sore and tired today. I paired it with your garden outer thigh and back of leg. This garden series is one of my absolute favorite of your series!! I love seeing your garden while I workout as well as the brutal exercises you have come up with : ) Thanks!!

J'adore your garden series workouts! I did this routine using a pair of 2 kg. ankle weights. I had to stop severals times to catch my breath but I did it anyway. It's good to be back.

Love this simple series of exercises for an intense burn! This past fall, I spent some time in Central America, where I wasn't eating or exercising the same as I typically do. As soon as we got back home, we packed our house up and moved, which caused me to further neglect my typical self-care habits for a while. I've been working out to your videos pretty consistently for probably close to a year now, but these past several weeks, I've really been serious about kicking back into gear after my mini "lapse" in the fall. Your workouts (in particular the lower body ones, which tend to address my "problem areas") have helped me tremendously to very quickly get back into shape. I so look forward to my Barlates time every day (except for Sundays, that's when I rest :) ) and the results are real!

Having finished your Festive Fit Day 1 I felt super energized so I used this one as an add on and to make my workout one hour long. I did this workout about seven months ago and this time it felt much easier 😊😊. I'm getting stronger I hope 😊😊. Thank you, Linda!

For a moment there I thought I was invincible and then the lactic acid kicked in and death approached, but I survived and the burn feels so good. Thank you for another wonderful workout! I will get stronger with your help😘❤

Haha! I know what you mean. At first it actually feels ok, but by the middle the burn starts to kick in and those last ones in L are killer. Good job for getting through it :)

Linda, i read that its not ok to work same muscle groups everyday . I am planning to do this one and outer thigh one 4-5days in a week and in a row . Is that ok? Or if i do these two workouts every other day 3 times in a week ? Which one is more effevtive? eThanksss

Hi, I always tell people to listen to their body. If you are really sore then do a workout that focuses on a different muscle group instead. With bodyweight only workouts it isn't as critical to let your muscles recover for longer periods of time. For best results you can choose various inner and outer thigh workouts from my lower body playlist so that your body doesn't get used to the exercises too quickly. 😉

Yes of course! As long as you don't find it too awkward ie. sinking into the mattress, you can definitely try it 😊
