www.buymeacoff... This workout uses traditional inner thigh mat exercises to burn out those thighs like never before. You will shake and burn those pesky inner thighs into submission to get the lean dancer's of your dreams. Each exercise is performed for 8 sets of 8 repetitions before moving on to the next. The position changes hit the inner thighs from all angles so you will really feel the burn!
This workout can be modified to suit most fitness levels by simply taking breaks when needed and doing fewer reps of each exercise. Less than 20 minutes of target toning on a regular basis will give you a streamlined silhouette and strong lengthened lines. Couple this workout with one of my other Garden Series workouts for a total body blast!
