The secondary genders are made up of 3 catagories: Alpha, Beta and Omega. Alpha are the more dominant ones who tend to be active more while Beta are basically normal humans and Omegas are the submissive ones. In an omegaverse setting, the Alpha and Omega have a gland that releases pheremones and an Omega has a heat every month in which they need to take supressents or rely on an Alpha to cool down. P.S Not all omegaverse have wolf like people, usually it tends to be normal humans with glands which look just like normal people. Yeah, but imagine that the judge was, idk, your parent or grandparent and that's how they find out about A/B/O. Scary if you read fanfic and your relative now knows what the crap you read can include, even if they don't know you read fanfic.
