Line Twist and Micro Swivels

Do you ever have line twist when throwing bigger bugs? Pat Ehlers from the Fly Fisher runs down a great way to reduce twist when throwing larger topwater bugs!

I have been having this issue with my leader after a few hours of casting a chubby chernobyl. A friend recommended the micro swivels and seeing this just locked in the strategy for later this week. Thanks for helping out!

Will they help a bit in getting subsurface flies deeper? Thanks

They have fairly minimal weight but on small flies they can help.
