He would then have been free when someone better suited for him came along, who wouldn't have had to die. You had better go to purification at once. It's been said to haunt people and places.(tatari) The story is one of Japan three great scary stories. Probably the most famous Japan ghost story of all time. It is made based on the case which existed in the Edo period. It was a kabuki and a play, but every time, an injured person or a sick man goes out. So, before they perform, report it to "Oiwa Inari" and have them do the ritual in Shinto

In Buddhism it call “hold a memorial service for the dead“.(kuyo) Other words, to exorcise a person or place of evil spirits. or To cleanse a person's soul. Even now, some people in some regions enshrine Yumiya as an amulet, exorcism or barrier at the entrance or on the roof. In Japan, every house is in the new year. In Japan, a New Year festoon made of sacred straw You don't know? Have you ever seen a ninja chanting a spell? That is passed down from the Heian period esoteric Buddhism, the negative way, Shinto, etc. That is to abandon worldly ideas, unify the spirit, work to make the most of the senses, attract and deflect the attention of the enemy.

In case you didn't know, Yotsuya Kaidan was Japan's equivalent to Shakespeare's Macbeth, complete with a curse (if you believe in such things). It is said that the play was based on a true - life event & those who wanted to perform the play had to ask permission from Oiwa at her gravestone. Failure to do so or to perform the necessary rites properly will result in tragedy. It is said that over the years several actors met with bad accidents & 1 director even committed suicide, the same fates would occur when movies came into being. Some people even are wary of telling the tale.

I would personally say that "The Ring" ghost is less based on this story and more on "Bancho Sarayashiki", where a servant girl named Okiku is sought by a samurai. When she rejected him, he hid one of the ten heirloom plates and accused Okiku of stealing it. When she plead innocence, the samurai gave her an ultimatum: marry him or she'd be killed for stealing the plate. She chose death, so the samurai dropped her into a well to drown. It's said that at night, Okiku will climb from the well in desperation to find the missing plate, and you can hear her counting the plates, but when she gets to nine plates, she screams. Anyone who hears her scream dies.

This comment aged like a fine wine. I’m sorry for the 11 month-late reply, but he did do a video on Okiku a while ago, almost a year after this one was uploaded, and it’s very well done. Hope you liked it if you found it.

IMA MAKE A STORY! Kizatchki Mikato Kizatchki Mikato was an 11 year old from Tokyo, Japan, with an amazing backstory. One day, Kizatchki went to a restaurant called Suzuki Takahashi. Kiz saw a boy in there, he had one eye. “Mom, what happened to the boy?” asked Kiz. “I don’t know, maybe it got poked out.” his mom answered. Kiz walked up to the boy. “Hi, i’m Kazachki Mikato! You can call me Mik, or Kiz!” said Kiz.. The boy looked up to him. The boy had a prosthetic eyeball. “Woah! Is that your eye?” asked Kiz. “N- no…” stuttered the boy. “What’s your name?” asked Kiz. “Akio…” said the boy. “Oh cool!” said Kiz. Akio smiled, knowing that the duo would become best friends. The moms got together for a playdate. When the duo got their fake AR’s, they went outside to play. “Don’t leave the property!” said mom. They nodded. They were messing around, when the boys saw a guy in a sweatshirt pull up to their house. They dropped the guns and walked up to his car. “Want to see a real gun?” the man asked. “What kind?” asked Kiz. “It’s an AK-47.” said the man. The police sirens wailed in the background. “Oh shit! Wanna see something cool?” asked the man. The boys nodded. The guy got out of the car, and loaded the gun with 5.56mm. It wouldn’t shoot. He loaded the gun with 7.62mm. He shot the cops. The boys watched the horror. The boys went crazy, and got their fake guns. “DROP THE GUN OR WE’LL SHOOT YOU!” yelled the boys. “Boys, you better not be talking to anyo- OH SWEET JESUS LORD!!” said the mom. She got a bat, and knocked the man out. Turned out he was wanted, with a bounty of $40,000,000. The mom got the money with a check. “Oh my god,” said the mom. “Our sons did this?” said the mom to Akio’s mom. “I guess they held him at fake gunpoint and you dropped in and took him down!” said Akio’s mom. The boys asked the moms what they were gonna do with the money. “I guess we can clan families and we can be a family altogether, how does that sound?” asked the moms to their children. “YES PLEASE!” screamed the kids in unison. A couple months later, they live in a mansion, while their father is the Prime Minister of Japan. The kids now live together by themselves, for they are 23. The 2 kids never parted. Except for the college days. Akio got a scholarship to Harvard, and Kiz got a degree in psychology. They got back together, and they work together at a school near Kyoto, Japan. The duo always remember that they once got $40,000,000 by holding a man at gunpoint. “Hey Akio,” said Kiz. “What up bro?” asked Akio. “Remember.. That time that we held the most wanted criminal at gunpoint when we were 11?” asked Kiz. “HAHA! Yep! Such a funny story!” said Akio. The duo never EVER parted. They even wrote biographies to each other, from each other. The End...
