That’s my favorite. Jamaican hard dough bread with Brunswick sardine with fresh onions and hot peppers is yummy.

Hey Ling and Lamb. It's one of a Jamaicans quick meal: cook the sardines with a little oil, tomato 🍅, pepper 🌶, and onion 🌰. Eat With bread, dumplings, or white rice. Delicious 😋. Try it.

1) Tomato sardines: fry it wt a little bit oil, cut chili peppers or other peppers, salt, black or white pepper powder, a tiny tiny tiny bit of vinegar to breakdown the fish/raw smell. Eat it wt bread or rice. 2) Sardines in oil, the one you eat in the vid: cut some onion in really small pieces, chilli peppers or other peppers, mix or mashup the sardines a bit wt all of it, add some black or white pepper powder, a little bit vinegar. Good to go on bread. Where I'm from this is how we eat sardines.
