Gluten morning Kitty, you are like the ray of sunshine, beaming brightness into our days! Might I suggest cutting the tomato in horizontal slices? That way it keeps its structural integrity and you don’t get a pool of tomato guts. I start by removing the core with a paring knife and then cut in whole rounds which look like a flower, with the ribs holding the tomato together. Anyway, just a thought. Love from New Zealand

From the 1st shot of those beautiful steaming loaves at the start of the video, I knew I was in for an enjoyable 15-minute watch. You do a great job putting these videos together. Your baked products look amazing! Thanks for the little glimpses of family, the town, selling, and cleaning up in the bakery. When I moved to a tiny town in California, I had a job as a live-in manager at a bed-and-breakfast. Once and only once I treated my guests to the local French bakery pastries, which I called an order for in advance. I stepped in there at 7 AM and asked for my pastry order, and when the front gal went back to ask him for it, there came a slew of F words and cussing! I sure wish I had a happy bakery to go visit! Thank you for sharing what you do, Kitty! You and the Garden Answer channel here on KZbin are the two channels that show the happiest people I have found here! I feel super blessed to see such happy people doing what they love for a living!

You came up in my suggestions recently when I researched flatbread. I was not dissapointed. Absolutely LOVE your attitude, that infectious smile, your adorable giddy childlike demeanour & the passion that comes across in your vides. I would love to see the UK and the rest of europe make bakeries tax exempt up to a certain income so everyone can afford and find fresh baked bread everyday. Sometimes I think about starting a bakery business (less bread making, more desserts), but I'm no where near an expert level. The thought of selling the goods myself (not a people person) always kept me from trying. Asking someone else to do that didn't even come to my mind! Such a simple solution (even if more expensive)
