"OVERFLOW" and "GOOD THINGS GO" were both co-written by Jake Torrey (Grammy nominated writer for 21 Pilots and more). That may be why the vocals sound different and are actually my favorite songs on the album.

Ooooh, yeah that makes sense. I can hear aspects of the 21 Pilots vibe on that song. But it is way better than any song 21 Pilots have released.

The opening melody is PRIME material for many different kinds of remixes. I can hear elements that would suit everything from Jazz to Electronica. The vocal structure also leaves a lot of space for features from other artists. It's a very well constructed track for sure.

I think the new album is fire. theres a couple songs that im not super passionate about (cut the bridge, casualty,igyeih) but man the others hit so much harder than almost anything from the previous 2 albums (besides one more light and final masquerade those slap) overflow and good things go deserve the single treatment

I really love this album. It has so many great songs. :) What i dont like and thats personal preference are the hard nu metal songs like casualty two faced and more. I love the melodic stuff. Its really hard to pick a favourite song. There are so many impressive songs but if i have to choose i would take good things go and oveflow. These two hit the nail on the head of my musical taste. Stained the emptiness machine heavy is the crown and over each other are also crazy good. Incredible work in total! I am so thankful they are back and they totally deserve the success from this album. A masterpiece!

Honestly, i've heard the album from start to finish a few times and because the album loops on itself (which i can't think off the top of my head another band successfully doing this) you can start where ever you feel is a good starting point and just loop the album. For me i would start at maybe "over eachother" and let the songs play and finish with "heavy is the crown" making the intro more an interlude. Following this comment i feel this is such a powerful album and packs some great tracks the only one im not sold on was "cut the bridge". But loved every other song and i'd say my top 3 are "good things go" "overflow" and "two faced". Emily has a great range and im in full support of her. I held back my judgement until i heard the full album and i may have set myself up for dissapointment but thank god i was wrong. This album for a comeback without chester is phenomenal. Well done linkin park! I hope we get another 10 albums. Wow. 8.5 is where i would rate this, and definitely in my top 5 LP albums.

I might have a weird taste in Linkin Park, but for me now its: 1. Meteora 2. Hybrid Theory 3. A Thousand Suns 4. From Zero 5. Living Things like looking at an album as a whole concept it's gotta be those ones for me, From Zero is such a well crafted album, there is no need to skip a single song in a full listen really! And hell, From Zero might actually grow on me to be their number 3. Love these reactions man!

Minutes to midnight will always be my favorite album I listen the hell out of that a thousand sons is a great album and it has my favorite Linkin Park song of all time waiting for the end but I like this album better than I like a thousand sons. Meteora will always be great I love faint, hybrid theory I really didn't listen to all that much but I'm aware of it

Tbh, only one song on this album didn't do it for me (Casualty). Personally, I wanted the record to be longer (2-3 more songs). Overall, solid album. I've already revised the score from 7 to 8 on the second listen. Emily's presence on this record is the highlight for me.

Just out of curiosity, no hate what so ever.... Why do you think Casualty is the weakest, for lack of a better word, than the rest of the album. I personally think it's one of the best, but to each his own.
